1. Özet
- Locus GIS’in kendi sunucusu yoktur. Hesap açmanız gerekmez, kayıt olmazsınız.
- Reklam ağı ve analitik/izleme SDK’sı kullanılmaz. Kullanım davranışınız takip edilmez.
- Konumunuz, izleriniz, hedef noktalarınız, fotoğraf ve ses kayıtlarınız yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır.
- Ancak harita, hava durumu, rota ve arama özellikleri çalışabilmek için üçüncü taraf sunuculara istek gönderir. Bu isteklerde konum koordinatları ve IP adresiniz ilgili servise ulaşır. Ayrıntı için bkz. Bölüm 3.

Arka plan konumu: İz kaydı veya navigasyon aktifken uygulama arka plandayken de konumunuza erişir. Bu, ekran kapalıyken rotanızın kesintisiz kaydedilmesi içindir. Kayıt durdurulduğunda arka plan erişimi de sona erer.
3. Üçüncü Taraf Servisler
Aşağıdaki servisler uygulamanın işlevleri için kullanılır. İlgili özelliği kullandığınızda, o servise konum koordinatları ve IP adresiniz iletilir. Bu servisler kendi gizlilik politikalarına tabidir ve Locus GIS’in kontrolünde değildir.

Çevrimdışı harita (MBTiles, GeoTIFF, GeoPDF, GeoPackage) kullandığınızda harita için ağ isteği yapılmaz.
4. Verilerin Saklanması ve Silinmesi
Tüm verileriniz cihazınızın uygulama alanında tutulur. Silmek için:
- Uygulama içinden ilgili iz, hedef, rota veya harita paketini silin, veya
- Cihaz ayarlarından uygulama verilerini temizleyin, veya
- Uygulamayı kaldırın — bu, uygulamanın oluşturduğu tüm verileri siler.
Geliştiricide sizin verinize ait bir kopya bulunmadığı için silme talebi göndermenize gerek yoktur.
5. Paylaşım
Bir iz, hedef veya harita çıktısını paylaşmayı siz seçtiğinizde ilgili veri, seçtiğiniz uygulamaya (WhatsApp, e-posta, dosya yöneticisi vb.) aktarılır. Bu paylaşım tamamen sizin denetiminizdedir; uygulama kendiliğinden veri paylaşmaz.

Fotoğraf seçimi için Android’in Photo Picker arayüzü kullanılır; uygulama galerinizin tamamına erişim izni istemez.
7. Çocukların Gizliliği
Locus GIS 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek çocuklardan veri toplamaz.
8. Güvenlik
Ağ istekleri HTTPS üzerinden yapılır. Verileriniz cihazınızda, işletim sisteminin uygulama izolasyonu (sandbox) korumasıyla saklanır. Hiçbir sistem %100 güvenli olmadığından, hassas konum verilerinizi paylaşırken dikkatli olmanızı öneririz.
9. Değişiklikler
Bu politika güncellenebilir. Önemli değişikliklerde bu sayfadaki “Son güncelleme” tarihi değiştirilir.

1. Summary
- Locus GIS has no server of its own. No account or registration is required.
- No advertising networks and no analytics or tracking SDKs are used. Your usage behaviour is not tracked.
- Your location, tracks, waypoints, photos and voice notes are stored on your device only.
- However, the map, weather, routing and search features send requests to third-party servers. Those requests expose location coordinates and your IP address to the relevant service. See Section 3.

None of this data is collected, viewed or uploaded by the developer.
Background location: While track recording or navigation is active, the app accesses your location in the background so your route is recorded without interruption when the screen is off. Background access ends when recording stops.
3. Third-Party Services
The following services power the app’s features. When you use a feature, location coordinates and your IP address reach the corresponding service. These services are governed by their own privacy policies and are outside Locus GIS’s control.

When you use offline maps (MBTiles, GeoTIFF, GeoPDF, GeoPackage), no network request is made for the map.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
All your data stays in the app’s storage area on your device. To delete it:
- Delete the specific track, waypoint, route or map package inside the app, or
- Clear the app’s data from your device settings, or
- Uninstall the app — this removes everything the app created.
Because the developer holds no copy of your data, there is no deletion request to submit.
5. Sharing
When you choose to share a track, waypoint or map export, the data is passed to the app you select (WhatsApp, email, file manager, etc.). Sharing is entirely under your control; the app never shares data on its own.

Photo selection uses Android’s Photo Picker, so the app does not request access to your entire gallery.
7. Children’s Privacy
Locus GIS is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
8. Security
Network requests are made over HTTPS. Your data is stored on your device under the operating system’s app sandbox protection. As no system is 100% secure, please be careful when sharing sensitive location data.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated. For significant changes, the “Last updated” date on this page will be revised.
