Bu uygulama, fotoğraf ve videolarınıza konum, harita, tarih/saat, adres ve hava durumu bilgisi damgalamak için tasarlanmıştır. Gizliliğinize önem veriyoruz.
1) Topladığımız ve kullandığımız veriler
• Konum: Fotoğraf/video damgasına koordinat, adres ve hava bilgisi eklemek için cihazınızın GPS konumu kullanılır. Konumunuz yalnızca cihazınızda işlenir.
• Kamera: Fotoğraf ve video çekmek için kullanılır.
• Mikrofon: Yalnızca video kaydında ses almak için kullanılır.
• Fotoğraflar/Medya: Damgalı fotoğraf/videolarınızı cihaz galerinize kaydetmek ve uygulama içinde göstermek için kullanılır.
2) Verilerin saklanması
Çektiğiniz tüm fotoğraf ve videolar yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır. Bu içerikleri biz toplamayız, sunucularımıza yüklemeyiz ve üçüncü taraflarla paylaşmayız veya satmayız.
3) Üçüncü taraf servisler
Damga için bazı işlevlerde koordinatlarınız şu servislere gönderilebilir:
• Harita görüntüleri (harita karoları sağlayıcısı)
• Adres çözümleme (cihazın yerleştirme/geocoding servisi)
• Hava durumu (OpenWeatherMap)
Bu istekler yalnızca damga oluşturmak için yapılır; kişisel kimlik bilgisi gönderilmez.
4) İzinler
Uygulama; Kamera, Konum, Mikrofon ve Fotoğraf/Medya izinlerini yalnızca ilgili özellikler için ister. İzinleri istediğiniz zaman cihaz ayarlarından geri alabilirsiniz.
5) Çocukların gizliliği
Uygulama, çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamaz.
6) Değişiklikler
Bu politika güncellenebilir. Önemli değişiklikleri uygulama üzerinden bildiririz.

This app is designed to stamp your photos and videos with location, map, date/time, address and weather information. We respect your privacy.
1) Data we collect and use
• Location: Your device’s GPS location is used to add coordinates, address and weather to the photo/video stamp. Your location is processed only on your device.
• Camera: Used to take photos and record videos.
• Microphone: Used only to capture audio while recording video.
• Photos/Media: Used to save your stamped photos/videos to your device gallery and display them in the app.
2) Data storage
All photos and videos you capture are stored only on your device. We do not collect, upload to our servers, share with third parties, or sell this content.
3) Third-party services
For some stamp features, your coordinates may be sent to:
• Map imagery (map tile provider)
• Address resolution (the device’s geocoding service)
• Weather (OpenWeatherMap)
These requests are made solely to build the stamp; no personal identity data is sent.
4) Permissions
The app requests Camera, Location, Microphone and Photo/Media permissions only for the related features. You may revoke permissions at any time from device settings.
5) Children’s privacy
The app does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
6) Changes
This policy may be updated. We will notify you of significant changes within the app.
